5:45 PM – Private Candlelight Dinner with Live Roneat Music
As the evening begins, take your seat at a privately arranged candlelit table inside a charming palm-leaf hut.
Enjoy a Khmer-inspired set dinner made with fresh local ingredients, accompanied by two glasses of wine per person and soft drinks.
Throughout dinner, a local musician performs live Roneat music. The instrument's bright, resonant melodies create a relaxing atmosphere and offer a closer connection to Cambodia's traditional musical heritage.

About the Roneat
The Roneat is a traditional Cambodian xylophone commonly used in classical Khmer music. Played with mallets across a series of tuned wooden bars, it produces distinctive, resonant melodies that form an important part of Cambodia's musical traditions.
Rainy Weather Arrangements
If it rains, the candlelight dinner will be moved to the covered first-floor open space of the traditional Baitang wooden house. The dinner menu and live Roneat music performance will remain unchanged, allowing you to enjoy the experience in comfort.

After an enjoyable evening of sunset views, Khmer-inspired cuisine, and traditional Cambodian music, your experience concludes at Baitang SIEM REAP.
